(VNA) - Party General Secretary To Lam and RoK President Lee Jae Myung agreed to further consolidate political trust as a firm foundation for strengthening the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership through enhanced high-level and all-level exchanges, expanded defence and security cooperation, and the implementation of defence industry and military trade projects.

(VNA) - General Secretary To Lam highly valued the Vietnam – Singapore relationship over the past more than 50 years, especially since the two countries upgraded ties to a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership in 2025.

(VNA) - The special envoy stressed that the CPC Central Committee and Party General Secretary and President Xi support the CPV Central Committee, led by General Secretary To Lam, in guiding the Vietnamese people to successfully implement the Resolution of the Congress and build socialism suited to Vietnam’s conditions.

(VNA) - Welcoming the special envoy, General Secretary Lam emphasised that the visit carries profound political significance, reflecting the high priority, deep respect, and sincere friendship of the Chinese Party, State, and people towards their Vietnamese counterparts, as well as the long-standing solidarity and close bonds between the two Communist Parties.
